Shipping Policy

*Consumer 2-Day or Next Day Shipping –
If shipping to a residential address, FedEx will deliver on Saturday. However, if you are shipping to a school, or place of business, it will be two business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

*Consumer AK, HI CN, U.S. Territory, Military and International Shipping – Any shipments under 2lbs will be shipped Priority Mail. All orders over 2lbs will ship First Class International. 

*International – You will not be charged shipping upon checkout. You will be contacted by orders@gallopade.com to confirm the shipping cost. Any orders with unconfirmed shipping fees will be subject to cancellation within a week after contact has been made. Please contact orders@gallopade.com with any questions regarding shipping.

We offer special volume shipping prices for schools and districts. Please contact mary@gallopade.com to get a quote today.

For anyone looking to purchase for the purpose of resale, please contact jennifer@gallopade.com.

All orders usually ship within 2 business days. If an order is placed on backorder (BO), you will not be charged for that title until it ships from our warehouse. Any orders on BO for longer than a week will be contacted before their BO is released.

 

Sales Tax

Georgia does not charge sales tax on orders placed outside of the state. Sales tax is subject to change. In the instance tax needs to be recalculated, your bank card may have two pending transactions from Gallopade. Please be aware that once the order has shipped from our warehouse, the original payment will fall off, and the adjusted cost will post.

 

eBook download

To access your eBook titles, please go to My Account on Gallopade.com and click on View eBooks. From there you will see all your eBook purchases, as well as instructions on how to install Adobe Digital Edition (ADE), and download your title. Disclaimer: If you do NOT already have ADE installed on your device and do NOT have the ability to install ADE on your device, please contact orders@gallopade.com for a full refund. The eBook can be swapped for a physical copy for an additional shipping fee. For any questions or concerns regarding your eBook purchase, please head over to our FAQ… coming soon!

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gallopade! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to make a return. Returns shipped after 7 days will be eligible for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final, and returns will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

All returns must include a tracking number. Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (orders@gallopade.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/ credit.


Shipping

You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.


Refunds

You will receive a refund using the same method of payment within 5 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.


Exchange

We do not accept exchanges at this time.
