Gallopade Read-Aloud Temporary Permissions & Guidelines
During these uncertain and unprecedented times, Gallopade is dedicated to supporting teachers and students as we have been for the past 40 years. We know that reading is an essential part of learning in any classroom and we are here to help support our customers during these challenging times.
Gallopade offers hundreds of educational books covering many social studies and science topics that are covered in the standards for all 50 states. To help with at-home online teaching and learning, Gallopade invites you and grants you temporary permission to use our books for online read-aloud videos with your students.
In supporting your efforts, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
- Prior to beginning your video, please state the title of the book, author, publisher, and that you have received temporary permission from Gallopade International.
- We ask you to please post through the school’s platform or another closed platform such as Google Classroom, if possible. If you post a video on YouTube, we ask that you please designate the video as “Unlisted (not Public)” when uploading.
- Please delete your video by September 1, 2020.
- Please contact Gallopade at Marketing@Gallopade.com with your name, school, district, city, state, email, and the title of the book you intend to read online. By posting a reading, you are agreeing to the terms set forth by Gallopade.
- Finally, Gallopade would like to follow your read-aloud journey and would appreciate you tagging us through the following social media handles.
