Compliments & Kindness
What better way to end the school year than on a positive note! As the school year winds down, create this activity in the classroom with your students. Make a copy of the attached sheet for every student in the classroom. Write each student's name at the top of the sheet and circulate the sheets around the classroom so that every student writes a compliment about their fellow classmates.
At the end of the activity, each student can punch holes to make it into a booklet and bind it together with ribbon. Students can even create a cover page for their Compliments and Kindness booklet and decorate it with their name, grade, school, and teacher's name.
This keepsake will be something they cherish for years to come, and it is a great way to build self-esteem and spread kindness.
